Miracle 511 Porous Plus Sealer 1 qt

Miracle Sealants® 511 Porous Plus Sealer is a penetrating, solvent-based sealer formulated to protect porous tile, stone, grout, and masonry surfaces from water, oil, staining, and environmental exposure. Its high-solids formula forms a cross-linking molecular bond within the substrate, creating an invisible barrier while allowing moisture vapor to escape.

This sealer is not a surface coating and does not alter the natural appearance of treated materials. It is UV transparent, resists acid rain, and will not yellow over time, supporting long-term protection for both interior and exterior surfaces.
