Shipping Policy

At Falco & Petra Surfaces, Inc. dba FALCO + PETRA SURFACES, we take pride in ensuring your materials arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing times vary based on product type and availability:

  • In-stock materials: Ship within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom or special orders: Processing times vary and will be confirmed at checkout or by email.
    Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders via trusted freight and parcel carriers depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

  • Small items (e.g., sealants, accessories) may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Large or palletized orders (e.g., stone slabs, tile, wood flooring) ship via freight carrier.

  • Curbside delivery is standard for freight shipments. Inside delivery, liftgate service, or white-glove delivery may be available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method.
You will see estimated shipping costs at checkout. For oversized or high-volume orders, additional freight fees may apply — our team will contact you to confirm before finalizing shipment.

4. Delivery & Inspection

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible, please:

  • Note the issue on the Bill of Lading before signing.

  • Take detailed photos of the packaging and product.

  • Notify us within 24 hours at sales@falcopetrasurfaces.com with your order number and images.

Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may void any claim for replacement or store credit.

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Long Beach, California warehouse by appointment only. You will receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation.

6. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Weather, carrier delays, and other external factors may impact transit times, and Falco & Petra Surfaces, Inc. is not responsible for delays once an order leaves our facility.
