No Refund / No Return Policy

At Falco & Petra Surfaces, Inc., we take great care in sourcing and supplying premium-quality stone, tile, wood, and building materials. Each order is inspected for accuracy and quality before it leaves our facility. Due to the nature of our products and the custom handling required for surface materials, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Stone, tile, and wood surface materials

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Installation materials, tools, sealants, cleaners and accessories

Please ensure that all measurements, quantities, and materials are reviewed and approved prior to placing your order.

2. No Refunds

All payments made to Falco & Petra Surfaces, Inc. are non-refundable. This policy applies to all transactions, including deposits, partial payments, and full balances. Refunds will not be issued due to changes of mind, order delays caused by shipping carriers, or variations in natural materials.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the issue. While refunds are not provided, we will review cases of verified damage or defect and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Natural Material Variation

Please note that stone, tile, and wood are natural materials, and variations in color, veining, and texture are inherent and not considered defects. These natural differences are part of the material’s unique beauty.

5. Order Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer or contractor to verify all quantities, specifications, and compatibility of materials before purchase. Falco & Petra Surfaces, Inc. is not responsible for errors in measurements or ordering.
